You can make your purchases with absolute assurance and risk - free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 4 days of receipt you may return it for a full refund, less shipping and insurance costs. But first please, notify us within four days, and return the item in original packing container insured for full value. If the art arrives damaged, you will be responsible for collecting the insurance.
Due to the fact that at the present time "Meissen Porcelain & Antiques" is not using a secure server, we cannot accept credit cards over the internet. We accept personal or bank checks and Money Order only. The art will be shipped the day after receiving a Money Order or the day after a check clears. The prices listed on our site do not include shipping, handling or insurance and are deemed accurate but not guaranteed. We reserve the right to make changes without notification. Please contact us for an estimate of shipping charges. We ship by the safest means possible, also we insure art fully during transport to you. If the art arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, we guarantee to work with you to reach a resolution that is acceptable to you. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues. Please save all packing material so that it may be photographed for documentation purposes. That allows us to work with shipping carriers to resolve claims quickly. If it has been more than 4 days, please contact us, but note that we may no longer be able to file a claim – with the carrier, for example, in the case of transit damage.
Layaway can be arranged but require 30% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 60 days after initial payment. No return on layaway items.
