Each artwork is guaranteed to be as described and may be returned. We
try to describe items accurately in our catalogue and are happy to
answer any question that you may have before placing your order. You can
make your purchases with absolute assurance and risk - free. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of
receipt you may return it for a full refund, less shipping and insurance
costs. But first please, notify us within ten days, and return the item
in original packing container insured for full value. If the art arrives
damaged, you will be responsible for collecting the insurance. After 10
days, please e-mail us, we will try to resell the art for you.
Due to the fact that at the present time Antiques and Art Gallery
is not using a secure
server, we cannot accept credit cards over the internet. We accept
personal or bank checks and Money Order only. The art will be shipped
the day after receiving a Money Order or the day after a check clears.
The prices listed on our site do not include shipping, handling or
insurance and are deemed accurate but not guaranteed. We reserve the
right to make changes without notification. Please
us for an estimate of shipping charges. We ship by the safest means possible, also
we insure art fully during transport to you.
Layaway can be
arranged but require 30% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 60 days
after initial payment. No return on layaway items.
If you have unanswered questions regarding the listed items then please

availability, amount due ( including the shipping and insurance charges
) and the address to send payment.
