| Buoyed by their success with their Mickey Mouse watch line, Ingersoll was continually redesigning their watches to ensure continued high sales. New rectangular watch with chromium case, it featured a taller figure of Mickey with oval eyes, red pants, yellow shoes, buttons and gloves. The second hand disc was replaced with one bearing the number 15,30,45, and 60. Larger, more legible number were used on the dial. Advertised as their "New Mickey Mouse Watch," this lovely 1940 watch is accompanied by its original box. The watch itself shows only slight band wear, while the complete box a couple of small edge tears to the bottom portion and some wear to corners and along edges. Nice bright image with no fading. | |||
