A vodka bowl and stand circa 1745. Bowl: height 1", stand: diameter 2 3/4". Mark: crossed swords in a double circle in under glaze blue on bowl and stand. The bowl and stand are painted in the factory with the "rock and bird" pattern in under glaze blue. The interior and exterior of the bowl and the interior of the stand are painted in polychrome with an oriental pattern of a flower by Hausmaler outside the Meissen factory. Condition: Very good. |
