      The Jigging Porter wind up toy with the original box by Louis Marx Toy Co. Licensed and manufactured in May 24, 1910. This lithographed tin, depicts figure of porter supported on base with clockwork mechanism that causes figure to move wildly. By the 1950s Louis Marx was the largest manufacturer of toys in the world: his empire included six large factories in the United States and ownership of interest in factories in seven other countries. Marx Toy Co, born in Brooklyn in 1896. It is in very good condition with great color and graphics. There is some minor paint wear, it works perfectly.
